Return Product for Service / Repair

USA:  Q-SYS offers two options for product repair:

International: Please contact your local Q-SYS Distributor.

The following products can only be repaired using
Q-SYS Factory Service and PREMIER Service Centers:

  • CXD/DPA/Q Series
  • Select Q-SYS and other DSP/network products

Drop Off at Q-SYS Authorized Service Center

USA Only

  1. Find a Q-SYS Authorized Service Center.
  2. Drop off your Q-SYS product at the service center of your choice.
    Don't forget to provide a sales receipt for warranty repairs.

If you lost or misplaced your receipt, contact Support and ask about your warranty information.

Important Note: You do not need to complete an RMA form for Q-SYS Authorized Service Center local repairs. 

Ship to Q-SYS for Factory Service

USA Only

  1. Click here to start the RMA process.
  2. Read and agree to the QSC Terms of Service.
  3. Sign in to Q-SYS.
  4. Fill out the case form. Be sure to select "New RMA for Repair" as the Type.
  5. Click Submit.
