Reflect is designed to help organizations securely monitor and manage Q-SYS systems without requiring complex inbound network access.

Key security capabilities include:

• Outbound-initiated, certificate-authenticated device connectivity
• TLS 1.2+ encrypted communications
• Encryption of customer data at rest
• Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support
• Role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Continuous vulnerability management and security monitoring

Reflect is designed to collect only the data necessary to operate the service, including system telemetry, operational data, and user identity information required for authentication and authorization.

Reflect does not capture audio or video content as part of its standard operation.
