Q-SYS™ Announces New Integration with ServiceNow to Bridge AV and IT Workflows

Costa Mesa, Calif. (January 20, 2026) – QSC today announced a new integration with ServiceNow to help customers streamline AV and IT workflows. The collaboration integrates the data in Q-SYS with the ServiceNow AI Platform, delivering automated data flow, faster response times, and improved user support across enterprise environments.

As a ServiceNow Build Partner, the Q-SYS Reflect^®application provides secure, automated data flow into ServiceNow and is available in the ServiceNow Store.

The Q-SYS application simplifies configuration by automating the flow of AV system data into ServiceNow, supporting applications such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This allows organizations to use their current ServiceNow workflows to natively integrate AV technologies; enable automated ticket creation and inventory updates; and help minimize the need for extra training of support staff.
