TU Ilmenau is setting new standards for equal and barrier-free learning with a pioneering AV system. The system enables students worldwide to participate in lectures and seminars as if they were sitting in the same room. By networking 10 seminar rooms and equipping them with state-of-the-art technology such as Q-SYS PTZ cameras and Sennheiser ceiling microphones, dynamic and interactive communication is made possible in real time. The solution creates a real seminar feeling and integrates seamlessly into the existing technology without any additional effort for lecturers or technical staff.
